Default Help 89 D350 5.9 won't run warm

I got this truck to carry all my Vans ""by all means Dodge Vans only""
I just got him… he will be The DAM RAM… I have 6 Besies 1975 to the 2002
Problem He won't run above 20 MPH after it warms up.. I have replaced almost all of the engine components except the Oxygen Sensor .. never got a O S error code... Have induced most of the VACUUM parts trouble shooting to find problem ... and clear the Codes well I do get a 3,3 that is not listed in my books ... so I have 1-2, 3-3 and 5-5
Question 2
My Oxygen Sensor on the left side manifold
What is the best way to replace .. It is in a BAD SPOT

hard to remember back that far, but i think a friend replaced a cracked manifold for the same thing. when the metal expanded, warmed up, crack would close up enough for normal running. that was about 18 years ago, and i am not sure of all the details, other than it was dodge van and he replaced manifold. if your van was about 10 years older i would say rebuild the carb. lol
