I have a similar problem. When I first accellerate from a dead stop, there is a vibration in the rear end. Did you ever find a resolution?

Had the same problem w/ my 04. Had the dealership turn down the rotors (which isnt easy cause rotors are very thin for as big as they are). Also had the tires rotated and balanced. Fixed problem, but you gotta be careful driving through water with em. My suggestion is instead of spending the money on turning em, get some aftermarket drilled/slotted rotors w/ceramic pads. Should last for a long time. Thats my plan when I need to change my brakes again
