Just a guess, but if you ran the same poll on....let's say a Titan forum for example, the result will likely not be the same.

For the best chance of unbiased results, I would run this poll on a Volkswagen forum.
I'm very active on two VW forums...and they would say the Ram as well.

now the FIAT pretty much owns/runs Chrysler
& FIAT pretty much makes VW & Suzuki engines
You would be getting a biased opinion
maybe ask a Toyota owner

They'd just yell at him for wasting gas and tell him to go buy a Prius or Camry and ignore the Tundra owners

Well I have both....

Bought the '11 R/T last April as the option package and $6500 off MSRP demanded I do.

But I also wanted a used King Cab truck and haven't had a Toyota since the early 90's, don't like Ford or GM KC styles and Dodge gave up this style way too early for the 4 door truck craze.

Bought this '04 2WD XE in '10 with just 45k miles and have put over 20k on since then and it's been bulletproof.

With my add-ons it's a stupid fast truck with the minimum of safety controls for maximum fun (I think it has 4 wheel abs but never bothered to check or ask).

>Upgraded to Nissan 20" OEM Rims on Lexani 275/55/20's
>Magnaflow Aluminum Cat Back Exhaust
>Airaid Cold Air Intake
>Upgraded ECU SuperChips Tuner 93

It's my first ever paid off vehicle and if I ever became job/homeless the back seat in this thing is my new abode.

I think it all comes down to what you think of both trucks. You're obviously going to get a biased opinion here.

Back around 2000 I looked at the Nissan trucks and I wasn't at all impressed. They just felt cheap to me. The plastic felt and looked like it something that was just thrown together in order to get the truck out of the factory on time. The doors felt like something you'd find on an $8000 throw away car, not a $20K+ truck. I never got around to the test drive, as I was instantly turned off by the Nissan after sitting in the cabin. That being said... I do like the little storage compartment that they've got behind the wheel on the driver's side

If it were me, I'd go with the Ram

It is handy, good location for jumper cables and road hazard items, just not sure I'd pay $20k+ for an exterior glove box though
