Default Need some advice on a small drop shackle problem!!!!1

Hey everybody I'm a Newbie to the site and I want to say hey to all the fellow dodge owners and lovers out there. I posted this thread to get some answers more or less on my drop shackles I installed. I recently installed 2" drop shackles on my dodge. After I installed them on the truck I noticed that the rear end of my truck had shifted back maybe a inch it was a noticable amount now I don't think this is normal so im trying to figure out what or where I went wrong I plan on take it back apart tomorrow and could use some tips or advice on what to do. You guys answers are much appreciated thanks guys!!!!!1

Normal... my DJM flip kit has a spring pad deal that repositions the axle back to the stock position...
