Default What do i need for a 3" lift kit?

I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT 4x2 4.7L Quad Cab and I want to get it up higher. Its 100% stock other than 17" rims. I am considering a 3" lift kit and was wondering what is needed for this to happen. Does it need a 2" leveling kit? Does it need wheel spacing? And how much does installing and purchasing it cost? Thanks

A 3" body lift is about $350 and by far the most affordable option. The truck would still have a raked look to it, so you would want to consider leveling the front as well.

Top gunz customs and zone both offer body lifts. You can crank your tortion bars to level the front for free. This route would not require wheel spacers unless you went with 12.5" wide tires. Suspension lifts will run in the neighborhood of $2000 but is the ideal setup if you offroad and need some travel. If you just want it taller and more aggressive then body lift and cranked torsion bars will suffice.
