The stock rims for a 2011 are 20x9 right? What should i look for in an aftermarket rim?

What is an offset?

There are two sizes of 20" stock rims. The chrome clad are 20X9 and the painted aluminum are 20X8. I like the look of the stockers myself, they can handle plenty of tire.
