Default 2011 Dodge Ram RHR Radio Question

Hey there, I have a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Edition with the RHR Radio. It has the Nav, SAT Radio, Sirius Traffic, and DVD. Lately, the NAV has been a bit sluggish as it would take close to 10 minutes before it started routing the directions to me. The voice prompts would come on and it wouldn't some other times. Is there a way to fix it? A way to reset and let it refresh or something? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I would take it to the dealer, and let them deal with it. It's most likely still under warranty, so why deal with the hassle yourself.

It's most likely some software issue that you'd need to take it to the dealer anyway...

yeah, I was hoping that I wouldn't have to do that, but it was in the back of my mind. I just was hoping that there was something simple to do. Of course, if it isn't simple, I don't wanna risk it. LOL. I'm active duty, so it's hard to find the time to get out to the dealership, but I'll wanna do it to get it done right. Thanks!
