Default brake lights won't go off

My brake lights have been staying on constantly, the Dodge dealership has replaced my brake switch, TIPM ( power module ) and put in a whole new wiring harness, yet the lights still stay on. The dealer has had my truck for almost 2 full weeks now, and they don't seem to know what to do about the brake lights staying on. After they had replaced the TIPM, they found a wire shortage and fixed that only to have it cause a fire. So they replaced the wiring harness. Any ideas as to why this is happening, or what my recourse might be with either Dodge or the dealership if they can't fix this ? It is a 2010 Ram 1500 with 41,000 miles
