Default Fan settings after 180 t-stat install

Today I installed my Jet 180 T-stat and I read many posts about the settings, but after going through the DSP I realize I don't understand it. I see 4 different settings

Cooling fan AC Off-----I set this at 195, but not sure if this is correct

Cooling fan AC on-----I set it at 185, but not sure if this is correct

High mph HS fan on- It's my understanding that this is when the truck is moving above 8mph-----No clue what to set this at.....185?

Low mph HS fan on- This is for below 8 mph.....again no clue what to set it at......185?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

I'd set the on temperature for everything to about 195-200 deg F except the cooling fan AC on. I'd set that at whatever the lowest setting is. You want the fan on when the AC is on so it will pull air through the condenser.

I'm not sure that I fully understand those setting options either, but basically you want the fan to be off as much as possible. The best way to set it up is so that the fan only comes on after sitting still for a minute or few minutes. If while cruising with the fan off your operating temperature is 185-190, then set the fan to about 195-200, because I think the temperature needs to drop 5-10 deg after kicking on before it shuts off. Then of course have the fan on with AC on is the only other thing.

I just have the electric fan on mine and I have mine all set at 190, but I also did not really understand the settings....So IDK, should I change any of mine?

I have not changed any of mine from the original post yet because I'm trying to see when it comes on. Today it was 99f here and the highest temp I had was 188f. I'm tempted to remove the mechanical fan once I know it can handle it.
