Default Understanding tire fit

Ok I have a 1995 dodge ram 1500 ext cab long bed I'm guessing that it has some kind of lift on it the current tire size is 235/85/r16 my current clearence is 20 " in back from ground to body and 18 in front going to level front I guess my question it one how would I figure the biggest size tire for my truck and two would you say there is a lift on this truck I know stupid second question cuz I'm almost sure there has to be
