Question Dually saggy front springs??

Hi. Does anyone know how big of a gap between bumpstop and axle there should be on the front of my 2004 2wd Dually with cummins?.
I'm about to lift the truck by a few inches and noticed there's only around 20mm gap there! That's unloaded. I don't wanna put a lift on if the springs are weak.
Any help here would be great.
