I love the Moss Magnuson Act When I replaced my rotors, shortly after I had an ABS sensor fail on my 3rd Gen and the dealer wouldn't replace under warranty saying I damaged it installing new brake rotors. Rotors were factory spec but drilled and slotted from Baer (great rotors btw) and didn't alter anything from the manufacturer like the larger Brembo kits.

So looking into this upgrade I am very interested to try this for my self. Glad its summer and can do it out side. My biggest questing with all these things is how was the detail in the instructions and if any one needed it the level of support from your manufacturer specifically edge Im leaning towards their higher end models

^I'm not even sure that the torque converter's come with instructions...

There are several write ups on the install though, some very good. I bought my converter used off another member, and read the write ups on the forums, then did the job in about 6 hours with the extra set of hands from a buddy. That included stopping for probably 1-2 hours for lunch and going to the store. I'd plan a whole day just in case though.

Are you 2wd?

If you do it and want any help or anything I'd be glad to help. I've been thinking about doing a write up but haven't had time to do a detailed one, and I don't have pics so I don't know. Seems like if there's no pics people get mad lol.

I will say that you pretty much have to have a decent transmission jack, a buddy's help, and a good set of tools(several different extensions, swivels, etc). You should have a torque wrench to use as well.

If you buy new I think the new TC comes with a new o ring and bolts that you need. I reused my bolts because the dealer sold me the wrong ones, and I bought a new o ring from the dealer. Like I said though, mine was used, I think new ones come with all that stuff.
