Default Dome light and dash light problems

Hey Guys. I am new to this forum and i am trying to figure out what is wrong with my truck. Here is my problem: I keep blowing fuses on the dash light and dome light circuit. I have done no wiring on the truck since I bought it. I bought it used about 5000 miles ago. It is a ram 2500 with 5.7 hemi, 4x4, auto. I have removed all light bulbs in all lights and still blow fuses. Any kind of help would be nice. Thanks in advance for any info.
