I'm not sure that it'd be that simple. Electronic throttle control for one, two plugs per cylinder...

Would probably be a software nightmare.

You would be using a cable throttle body. And both plugs fire at the same time. So I dont see a problem. I could be wrong though.. you would be able to use the old wire harness since all the other sensors are the same.

I don't know. The softwear would be controlled by a custom tune.

Yeah I hear you, just not positive it'd work. Not sure if the harness to the coil is identical and would function properly. If I had an older truck though I agree I'd give it a go.
