Dezert has been on an anti HID rant lately....

I put a kit in my dads 3rd gen from DDM and if you take your time with the install they usually go just fine. DDM recently redid their relay harnesses and they work a lot better now

Lol I know right. We have been informed that they are all illegal and all suck multiple times

With that being said, I have had DDM HIDs before and never had a problem with them. I just didn't like how long they took to get to me. The only reason I have Retro HIDs now is because I read on here they were the best. Now that I know what you told me about the error cancellors, I should've gone the DDM route. But I'm happy, so I'm good

Sure. Go to Sanhua's site and look at their ballasts, then go to RetroSol's site and look at their ballasts. Same cans, different labels.

Alright I looked at all of Retros kits, and the kits on sanhuas site and could find one that were the same. If your just talking about the ballast shape being the same, then they're all pretty much the same. Even if they are making the product for Retro, what's wrong with that? Chrysler doesn't sell your RAM to you, the dealership does, same principal different product.

Nothing.. I didn't say there was. If that were so though wouldn't that make it exactly the same as something else in the same can with a different label, for half the price? Retro "solutions" prices are horrendous. If you're going to buy Junk at least pay a junk price.
