Exclamation Need Help ASAP. Truck Wont Start!!!!!!!!

I am in a bit of pickle as you might say. I was working on putting some ground effects lights on my truck. I did a test once i had wires in place but not cut to length and they turned on fine. I then cut all the wire lengths down and fastened everything back up. After i did this i went to turn the ignition to the acc position and heard a pop and my radio and all of my other accesories including the insrument cluster would not turn on. Along with all of this once i tried to fully start it wouldnt do anything other than bing bong at me for having the door open and the key in the ignition. So i checked all of the fuses only to find that they were all fine. The interior, headlights, brights, instrument lights, under hood light, and horn still work.

The way i have all of my electrical wired up is as followed:
Strobe Lights: "+" wired w/ inline fuse to slot on interior fuse panel "-" To Screw behind the cowling under cupholder.
Ground Effects: "+" wired to the radio fuse on interior fusel panel "-" Screw that has a wire that runs straight from the battery.
Under Seat Neon Lights: "+" wired to the radio fuse on interior fuse panel "-" screw that is near drivers feet.

All things worked when i did the test before everything was cut to length.
All help is greatly appreciated because i need to be able to get to my classes tomorrow but dont have a car to get there.

not sure on your truck but theres 2 places to check fuses and relays one was in the drivers side door jamb and one is under the hood near the battery, also there may be a fusible link under the hood that fried?

UPDATE:
Everytime i go to turn the key the lights that light up the power window switches turn of as soon as i go to turn it over.

When the key is in the ignition the power locks will only unlock the passenger side door and will do nothing to the driver. Wont lock or anything. But once the key is out the locks work fine.

How did you check the fuses ? Pull them and look at them one by one . If you did I would recommend you go back and check with a test light or voltmeter across each fuse . I have seen fuses blow and you can't see where there blown . Let me know what you find . Tom
