Default Pacesetter Headers??

Any opinions on the pacesetter headers that are like 230$ or 250$ sumthin like that theyr cheap but too cheap?i just want to get some affordable shorty headers and they're priced perfect for me i just dont know anyone with them or much about them

Always remember, you get what you pay for. I currently run Edelbrock Shorties. They look cool but I really don't think you are ever really going to feel a huge diff out of headers. I wish I would have just went with long tubes and got a full exhaust done.

I like my JBA SS shorties! For the price I can't complain for the sound, the looks you get and getting away from those ugly oem iron exhaust.....

i love mine, you do get a bit more mid range power 25 to 35 especially. i have the 40 series flowmaster on and i couldnt really tell a difference with the sound :/ get the summit racing version, 200 bucks and they are pacesetters. get good gaskets though. youll be pissed when you gotta replace one cause it blew out

what do you suggest for gaskets the ones they suggest when your about to buy them?

Aluminum exhaust gaskets......they seal better.

With Pacesetters I have heard that OEM exhaust gaskets work the best. I have a set waiting for me to buy my long tubes.

got the pacesetters on mine, i would suggest going to your local hardware store and getting a can of bbq paint for em, the paint that comes on em burns of instantly
