I am sorry I will differ from some of the opinions expressed here. We do not know you or your family and the situations that surround you. You are 20 and married how long we don't know but your first relationship and only one until now. Jealousy and insecurity are dangerous bed fellows and can cause much destruction when the emotions are involved.Try to control them if you can. If you really love someone you can release them to go on life's journey and then you can go on your journey because life is for living and gaining experiences. As for councilors, they are not for me but you will make your own judgment.

If I read your post correctly you have decided it's time to move on and the paper work has been set in motion to end things. If this is correct then here is my two cents. I've personally never gone through this but I've now helped 4 of my buddies move through the process, one in a very similar situation as yours.
Stay busy! Join a gym, go mountain biking, buy a motorbike, mod the truck, join a forum and chat endlessly for hours. Do absolutely anything that keeps your mind occupied and keeps you out of the house and busy. In the short term it's going to hurt like hell but it does get easier.
Two girlfriends before I met my wife was a rough one for me. Took about a month before I felt normal again. Luckily I had some great friends that kept me busy. Spent a buttload on archery equipment and fishing gear that year but damn did I have fun and I still don't remember old what's her name!
