Default Gasket Mis-match

Rebuilding a TBI on my 1988 D-100 3.9L V6 Auto no A/C. All the rebuilding kits that I find on the internet have a different gasket for the front side vacuum manifold found on the lower throttle body, the screw holes in the rebuild kit gasket do not align. My TB is a 1988 Dodge stock Holley R3361B. Does anyone here know why this is so? I would like to get the proper gasket.
