Default spanked a cummins!!

A couple kids in a 3500 dualie with lots of cummins stickers and of course the white trash balls hanging from the trailer hitch must have heard my leave a red light kind of hard. He flys up next to me at the next red light and starts spooling up the turbo, of course I am smiling like a child. Light turns green and he jumped about half a truck length, I stayed in it. My child-like grin quickly turns to a giggle as I put about 3 lengths on him. We ran about 6 or 7times from various speeds, I won each time.

Trinity 87 perf tune helped a little, I think I still would have beat him without the tune.

Not sure what year, gen 3.

I told my brother (a diesel guy) about this. His response was, "a well tuned Cummins will leave your Hemi curled up in the fetal position" and "don't make me spend $500 and make you cry".

I beat his 2006 megacab diesel with his tuner set at 110 hp when my 2009 hemi was bone stock.

My brothers 06 beat my 07 Hemi too. That extra 45 hp in the gen 4 makes a huge difference.

Hook a 9500 lb trailer up to both of 'em -- or put 5200 lbs. of concrete cylinders in the back (pic below) of both and try it again I know my '98.5 will out-pull a V-10 -- and get double the fuel mileage doing it.
