Cool Ready for the long haul

So I've got the 4 inch lift on my '12 Big Horn. Got the aftermarket 20's with the 35" Terragrapplers. Now, I believe my speedo is off a bit, does anyone know how much and how I can fix that?

Also, realizing that I've just added 50-70 pounds to each wheel with those tires, anything I can do in the way of tuning?

Truck has 1,500 miles, runs great. But I realize with the lift and the heavier tires I've knocked it a bit away from its peak powerband. Thankfully, the Hemi has plenty of reserve power, but is there anything I can do (without breaking the bank) to help?

Thanks all, love the advice on this forum - hate all the awesome ideas because they keep costing me money.

Congrats on the mods!

I'd grab a tuner like Diablo. You can adjust your speedometer with it, and get some more power out of it, and adjust many other options!

You're +/- 10% off on your speedometer now.... and Odometer.

IMO, number 1 is a catch can, #2 is exhaust, #3 would be a tuner (that doesn't exist) and #4 would be the stock air box modification . A CAI is a lot of money for a tiny gain. IMO.

can always change out the gear ratio to get the truck back into its powerband. I know when my friend added his lift and 37's he ended up getting 4.56's to offset the tire size difference.

You guys are adding great suggestions but none of them exist or can exist for the 2012s. With the axles on the 2012 you can add 4.56s to a 2wd, but 4wd nobody is doing them for the front yet. Also tunning is a no go as stated before. 2011+ Hemis have an encryption code to help combat warranty claims on Chryslers behalf. Nobody can crack them, and nobody will for quite awhile.

Love my volant cai, gonna stick with just the magnafkow muffler for now as I love the sound. Hadn't thought of a catch can, how big of a deal is that? Will I notice a change with it? Guess I never thought about this for a truck before. Is it more for those who frequently drive hard? Thanks again for all the ideas, need to find an evil genius to crack the tuner problem.
