The dealer might be a putz but they can check to see if a code is being thrown. Might actually save some time.

Yeah, usb drive. It doesn't recognize that anything is there when you plug it in.

Gonna check the connectors on the uconnect module today. Will keep you posted with results.

If you can't get the USB flash drive to work (and it's formatted to FAT32), then I'd say more than likely there is an issue with the radio. Uconnect won't keep the radio from operating correctly.
