Default Volant CAI

I have just gotten my CAI and boy does it really growl when I floor it! That seems to be the only increase but im somewhat perfectly satisfied. I'm wondering if any companies make a Mass Air Flow Sensor so I can really squeeze out the power of my new beauty! Here's my list of pros and cons but as you can tell the pros definietly overcome the cons.

Pros:
- New rumbling sound when really smashing the pedal
- Ease of installation! (directions barley used and I'm not a professional.)
- Sleek, clean look under the hood
- No check engine sign
- throttle increase (somewhat)
- Horsepower & Torque they guarantee you

Cons:
- The fender intake does NOT line up all the way. Fairly annoying
- The rubber washers they use for the sensor falls out pretty easily
- The Volant intake box itself is a real beezy installing into the mounts

Overall a 8.5-9.0. The installation was a breeze to a certain extent but when you really open up your truck you can hear the difference. A great buy no doubt about it and I'm happy. I purchased my Volant CAI off of Amazon for $295. One of the cheapest websites and I saved $11 off shipping and it came two days later.
Part number 160576
Tools needed flat head and a screwdriver. ( A 6 in 1 works best!) Small channel locks for disconnecting the battery.

I put the same one on my truck and love it. I did notice a bit better throttle response.

I have used KN on my Chevs but thought I would Voliant a try on the Hemi and I am very happy with the results. The alignment was a little tricky but I got it to where it is very close. The Voliant does have a nice sound and I like the filter element better.

I didn't buy their "scoop" but made my own with dryer vent tubing. Took it from the opening in the bottom down to behind the passenger fog lamp. Sorry, no pics.
