Default New Guy: Security Questions

Hey guys, new guy here.

I bought a 2005 ram with 3.7L 6speed manual and everything else manual. Super low miles (40K).
I am worried on how to protect this car from being stolen.
The steering wheel doesn't lock, the clutch can easily be popped and started, Crap you could drive it without even starting it.

Any ideas of what the best way is to at least protect the vehicle from being taken. I don't care if they brake in (I mean... I do) but its nothing that I can't fix. I just don't want them taking my truck.

I was thinking I can get some kind of wheel lock and do a fuel cut off switch. Or maybe do a brake lock... I know they can be broken into but there is nothing I can think of for wheel lock...

THis is where you guys come in. Is there a way to switch the lock (chipless key NOW) to a chipped lock? But that wont stop it from turning the wheel. Is there a way to install a factory wheel lock (is it even available)? Any suggestions would be great.

On the other hand I do a lot of highway driving and after doing the math on three tank fulls I've averaged just over 21mpg. Gotta love that. Thus far this has been the best truck I've owned. Had a 2005 F150 and that thing was good too but the MPGS were horrible (it was the 4.2 v6).

Ok, well I am new . My steering wheel does lock upside down. I have to turn it a bit but it does lock. SO thats a huge plus. Now, I wonder if there is a way to lock the brake pedal.

I am also looking into a cut off switch (cut off the ground of the FP).

Well... My car did not come with the immobilizer system either. So, its really easy to make a key off the vin. I was wondering if it was possible to install the immobilizer system. I searched and searched and every thread keeps talking about removing the immobilizer instead of installing it. Also, any wiring diagrams around? I just spent at least two hours on the computer searching and its rather looking hopeless.
