Please ask if they can cut it open and take some pictures. Would love to know if they are restrictive like the mufflers or if they are just tuned open chambers to kill the drone. It would make much sense to change the restrictive muffler and leave a restictive resonator would it. See the I cut a factory muffler post below. Thanks in advance!

Yes i have a 14 inch magnaflow and removed the resonator a few months after i installed the muffler. It is considerably louder without it, definitly worth removing.

Check you PM.

For the others; if you're also speaking of the Magnaflow 16869 catback, then the OEM resonators MUST be scapped.

Awesome improvement in sound!

A few questions -

What's the Mopar part number?
What type of camera did you use for the clip?
What other 'performance' modifications are you running?

Love your ability to break traction at will like that. Some have complained on these boards their inability to break traction from a standstill but with TC switched off, and MDS non-operational, I too have not had a problem.

Congrats!

^^^ I want to know as well how the heck he is spinning like he is. Truck sounds great and I like the camera angles. Looks like a GoPro video to me.

Unless you plan on running without the MDS all the time, Don't remove the
resonators........I installed the DOD14M from Mufflex and kept the res's.....
sounds really good on the new HEMI Ram!
