I think with the leveling kit you can fit up to 33's under your truck. I wouldnt recomend tightening up the torque keys just because it changes alot of your front end geometry, however the leveling kit does basically the same thing.

Cranking the stock keys and buying new indexed keys does the same thing. I would save the money and hassle of new keys and just crank away. I would adjust them moderately and not raise it any more than it takes to get the look you want. For me it only took about 1-1/8". I too was worried about the ride but I didn't notice any negative affects after doing mine. Make sure you get an alignment after.

As for tires, the stock 20" tires are 33" so you can fit those or even 34's without the level. With the level you should be able to clear 35x12.50.

Like it's been mentioned, crank the stock keys and save the money for something else. Cranking the stock keys or replacing them with indexed keys nets the same result. Ive cranked many keys in the past and as long as you keep it mild (2" or less) you should be fine. Get an alignment and if you want to improve the ride quality get some new shocks (often overlooked maintenance that makes a big difference in ride quality).
