Default Added Grille Driving Lights

I decided to add some driving lights behind my grille. I have about 11 miles of back country roads I have to drive before I get to the Interstate at 0330 in the morning. I liked the pics I saw of lights being mounted behind the grilles. So I decided to give it a shot.

They are 55w blue driving lights I bought from Advance. Nothing fancy. The zip ties you see are to hold the wiring secure. Install took about an hour.

Not yet. I'll post a pic of them at night when I can. I go to work tomorrow morning. I'll let you know how they work then.

These lights suck!!! Sure they look cool. My fog lights put out more light. I should have known, 55w driving lights. I got compliments on them, but that doesn't light up the road. Lesson learned. I'll post a pic of them at night later, but you can still tell the difference in my daytime pic down below.
