Default Texas Heat + No A/C = Pissed Wife

I have a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 Quad Cab Cummins. This Summer (2012) the Blower on the fan started acting erratically (not consistently acting up to a pattern/troubleshooting nightmare), working when it wants to. I have been doing some research and replaced the blower motor resistor yesterday. This morning my wife calls me and it worked all the way to the small town where she works and stopped blowing before she arrived at work. I have tried to troubleshoot through her since it is her primary vehicle . . . but some women like my wife do not have the technical mindset in order to properly troubleshoot these types of issues. And like I said before the truck doesn't do it all of the time.

I know there are a million threads on this topic and trust me, I have read most of them but when it comes to this case idk . . .
Any information pertaining to this case would help, Thanks.

Yeah, sounds like the contacts in the blower motor are faulty. Tapping on the motor jars it just enough to make decent contact again... The motor itself is a fairly easy thing to replace.

Mine started doing the same thing about 6 weeks ago. Did tapping the motor work for you? How about cleaning the contacts? How do I find the motor and the contacts?
