Now I just have to drive it some and haul my trailer and see if this is going to help every one says it will got my fingers crossed. I will keep u posted thanks agin for every one's help.

Glad you got it completed. Where'd you put the extra cooler? What size are the fittings?

Well in short I mounted it on the front drivers side and relocated the horn assembaly to the top left passenger side, I had to cut and splice and extended the horn wire harness so it could reach and I also had to lower the power steering cooler about 2" 1/2 " inches lower so it would clear the fan on the transmission cooler . I made some mounting brackets for the new Derale # 13700 transmission cooler and ran wires and a switch to the inside of the truck to manually control the fan on the cooler and it puts out a lot of air, now will see when I go on my trip pulling my trailer how well it works.

The trans cooler you bought has it's own electric fan? Not that there's anything wrong with it or anything but did you know you could have just bought a tuner to adjust your stock electric fan settings?

Yes the Derale transmission cooler has its own fan and my truck does not have electric fans ,its just a regular belt driven engine fan .

Your truck has both an electric fan and a clutch fan. Turn the AC on and listen for the electric fan to turn on shortly after.

Doesn't matter just was wondering why you didn't just use the fan you already had. I guess it's because you didn't know about it. How big is the aftermarket cooler/fan?

here's the fan...looks like a nice setup. I really like that cooler/fan combo because you can just about mount it anywhere....frame rail or whatever. once you hit the switch you create your own air flow.

so the -6 fittings are the correct size?

That does look nice. Good point about being on a switch you get to control when it's on...
