They are more than likely the Bushwacker PocketFlares. He can chime in on that, but I am almost 100% sure they are.
as for where to grab them, do a quick google search and it will take you to all the fenders that sell them.
They are $400+ for them plus paint

You may also look at the EGR pocket flares. they do come a bit further down towards the front bumper.

So u think those will look better with a -24 offset rather then -12? One more thing, if u went 2.8 on Ur bilsteins, it would have been level with the rear correct?

I like both....so hard to say.

If I set my Bilsteins to max, I would def be nose high and certainly not level.
At 2.1 and with a 1" rear coil spacer im leveled.
without the rear coil spacer I would be goo at setting 1.4

This is based on the rcx kit.
Other kits will vary.
Pro Comp, you will need to be max'd to be level.
BDS, same thing. Maxed Bilsteins

with an rcx kit, you can always be 1" taller than any of the lifts mentioned above

Default This just in

I went around and around with deciding between 20's and 18's. I'm ok with the 18 rims and the tires are quiet and comfortable. I do like the look of 20's better though. Thinking my wheel guy screwed up on the offset too. These are the +1 offset, the +20 offset would've kept them in the wheel wells. Not particularly fond of the splayed look.

Before and after...first pic wifey mentioning I take more pictures of the truck than her. I told her I was taking her picture.

I just did the RC level with 35" Terra Grapps. Had to take the truck back to the shop. When I got on the road over 45, the whole truck would shake down the road. (not death wobble). Turns out one of the wheels (KMC Slides) had significant hop and one tire (brand new mind you) had at least an 1/8" of run out - obviously huge from a tire perspective. I had one rim swapped out and one tire swapped out, they put the hub rings on and it's good to go now. So...word of advice, make sure your shop or tire place checks to make sure wheels/tires are true while it's up on the balancer....save yourself some time and hassle. I'm still considering a RF balance. Anyway, long story but here's the before and after:
