Default rattle/grind from the rear end?

I've been using my ram and daily driver now for about two weeks. Before that it was parked for two months while I was away for work. Since I started driving it again I've noticed this odd rattle from the rear of the truck. It almost sounds like my old '94 with it's exhaust rusted out and the hangers loose, how ever I find that very unlikely with this truck only being 3 years old.

I'm putting the truck into the shop to get look over, undercoated and the fan belt changed later this week but I'd like to have some idea of what it could be to tell the tech.

I hoping it's nothing serious, just a loose muffler hanger or something.

It could be just about anything, like an old Dory that you forgot to untie from your bumper
Just Kidding of course

I hope it is something simple
