I have a 96 1500 2wd, trying to hook up the plug/adpater for my pop up camper. I have lights, break lights but a very quick dim turn signal. Any thoughts? Everything appears to be correct underneath with wiring and quick plug ins. Thanks for any help here.

Sounds like an open ground or bare signal wire grounding out on your trailer. Does everything work normal when not plugged into the trailer? Had the same problem kind of (just dim brake light) on my boat trailer, turned out one of my brake signal wires was rubbed raw and grounding on the trailer frame.

My hydraulic control unit, motor continues to run unless I disconnect the battery or unplug the unit. I read that my brakes will work normally except for abs feature. Is there an obvious malfunction or will have to have my vehicle analyzed.
