Default O2 Sensor Wires

Hi everyone,
I am getting ready to install a HHO kit on my Ram. I have been trying to find out what the output of the signal wire from the O2 sensor is. Here is my dilema:
Note: Chrysler vehicles have been known to put 2.5 volts on the sensor's "sig low" wire. This raises the signal high wire by 2.5 volts. Instead of seeing 0 to 1 volt you'll see 2.5 to 3.5 volts on the signal wire.
I have looked on numerous sites and have had no luck on what it is for my truck. Any help with this is GREATLY appreciated! It's almost the last step before I can install the product.
My truck is a 2005 4x4 Hemi w/automatic trans. Have a great weekend and God Bless.

To keep it simple...(for me lol) it's a system that splits up water (H2O) into HHO (2 parts hydrogen and 1 part oxygen). Then it injects the pure hydrogen into the combustion chamber to burn the gas more completely (increase MPG) while using less gas and decreasing the amount of emissions of the vehicle. Some people have even doubled their MPG . It is very safe and shuts off the process after you turn off the truck. I am building mine from a reputable site and not a homemade kit. I should have it completed by the first of November...hopefully, if my schedule permits.
