Default ram 4x4 balljoint question

I recently aquired a 2001 ram quad cab 4x4 5.9 gasser,1 owner,119,000 miles, completely stock except Gibson cat back dual exhaust. I have been replacing parts as it has been sitting for several months [or more] so far i have new tires/wheels,cold air intake, complete tune up,all new brakes. The a/c components were replaced prior to me getting it. My question is in the process of inspecting the front end parts i found the ball joints were bad, everything else seems to be in good shape i'm not sure if i need to use adjustable when i replace them or go with the fixed type as they came from the factory. My right front tire was wearing on the outside edge [not horribly] and it was pulling to the right [when i got the truck every tire was low under 20 psi]. When i had it on the lift i rotated the rear tires to the front and the pulling went away [tracks straight]. I suppose i don't need the adjustable ones but i'm asking for opinions. It has been years since i've had a 4x4 but it's all coming back to me. I don't have any thoughts of offroading or huge lifts i will be lifting it [5 inch] to clear 35 inch all terrains later next year.

That's a good question, because I know it's getting close to time for my 06 because I just turned 60k miles. On my 90 D350 Cummins I know moog were the way to go but with gassers I have no idea hopefully someone will help us out

Go with moog's man, I just did mine on my 06 5.9L and they come with lifetime warranties. You will need to rent a ball joint press which is free from advanced auto. I would also look at ur steering linkage while ur down there to make sure there isn't any movement. If u got any questions let me know.
