Unhappy major problem need help

I have an 01 Ram 2500 360 5.9 gas has about 155 thousand miles or so im the 3rd owner of it has it about 4 years and broke down on me as i was cruisin down the road at about 45 then all of a sudden everything shut off i pulled over on the side of the road tried to start it it will turn over but not start checked everything and i have no spark or power going to the motor, ive checked all my grounds which are fine tested the wiring harness and power going to and from my computer everything seems to be fine. check engine light never came on and there are no codes. its been down for about a month and with in this time ive replaced the cap and rotor, the crank and cam sensor the control module the pick up in the distributor, put a new coil pack in it im getting power now to my coil pack but not enough volts or ohms ( what ever the term is) to actually create spark and start the motor ive even replaced the timing chain to see if that maybe have been a problem as well making it skip and not start the motor on time. i think ive pretty much covered everything i still cant figure out with the initial problem is, unless its my whole distributor it self i need to replace or something else electrical that ive missed, need some help on whats going on i work 2 jobs and got to get my truck back on the road ASAP!! PLEASE AND THANKS

Fuel pressure at the test port at least 35, less than 40 PSI? Thump the bottom of the tank with a shovel handle or something, The CEL will not illuminate and the ECU will not give any malfunction information for fuel pressure problems...
