4.5 is good and you should clear without the Bilsteins.
But I would still do the Bilsteins anyways....

The rear is similar to doing them in an '11 and the front diff CANNOT be used and a '10 or '11 diff needs to be used

where did you get them done and what brand,I looked into it at the beginning of summer and was told that the 11's and 12's were not available because they changed the diffs to a z diff or something and there were no 456 gears that would fit,don't know a lot about it I just know that I would benefit having them with bigger tires especially 37's,I find it to be a little sluggish with my setup now and I have 392 gears.Oh yah I was looking at Yukon gears

Man, you have am 11? All you gotta worry about is your rear. The shop has to machine the carrier to accept the bolts of the gear from the previous years
