Default Help Needed on Lift Setup

OK, I know im going to get fussed at for starting a thread on a topic already covered but i have read so many different ideas i have tunnel vision. I just bought a 2010 Ram 1500 4x4 Sport and I am ready to pull the trigger on a lift and tires but need help on which lift to go with, wheel spacers or not, coil spacers or not, and i want bilstien 5100s up front but im reading ppl are putting spacers on rear coils too? if so shouldnt i get coil spacers all the way around?? i am wanting to put 37/12.50/20 on my factory wheels fyi.. i'd like to get as high as possible without making the 37s look retarded.. help please

Alot of people here run RCX lifts, I myself run a procomp lift, " adjustable shocks in the front allow you to turn that 6in lift into almost 8in, spacers in the back so if u adjust to the max your not nose high, no wheel spacers and no coil spacers in the front adjustables all the way hope this helps ill go more into detail when I can log in somewhere besides my phones browser lol

I used a procomp 6in lift kit(the cheaper of the 2)

then i added prorunner adjustables zx-2014 to the front and set them to 2.75in.

the rest in the fron is procomp except i didnt use the preload spacer so in the fron there is 7.75in of lift

in the rear i used rcx coil over, and a ready lift 1.5in spacer.

with this setup i only have 1in of rake so without the rear spacer i would be nose high .5in.

hope this helps, for more info on my lift you can check my thread in the suspension lift mod section of the forum here

http://www.ramforumz.com/showthread.php?t=122762

or my complete build thread here

http://www.ramforumz.com/showthread.php?t=121733

im rolling factory wheels and tires right now new wheels and tires will be here soon i got the tracking number on them today, so next on my list get them mounted and balanced and installed, then 3" performance accessories body lift.

Thanks for the help man.. I pulled the trigger on a 6" rcx lift, 37/13.50/20 toyo mt's, and bilstiens 5100's last night. The bilstiens i ordered come with the rear shocks too and it says they lift the rear 1" so im going to see how it comes out. I still may need coil spacers idk lol have to wait and see i guess. I wanna do a body lift this winter and get some novakanes put on her

Bilstiens, or any shock is not going to lift the rear of your truck. The shock doesn't support the weight of the truck, the springs do.
