Just did mine Performex 2.5" level and installed Nitto Trail Grapplers 295/55R20 on stock 20's these are the widest I can install without rubbing. If you want it to be level then you wont need the .75 lift in the rear only the 2.5 or 3 in the front. Even with the 2.5 in the front mine still rakes a little. It's only about 1/2 an inch and not very noticable unless you look for it. I have pics in profile of before and after.

yes pro comp for me but i did use RCX in the back with a performance accessorie 1.5in spacer, and procomp adjustables in the front, but back to you question my wheels and tires are not here yet so it will be after the lift is done, wheels took me forever to make up my mind on, and then who would of thought the only ones i could come to terms on were back ordered. My tires will be ariving next week

I was just thinking of doing the .75 rear so when i'm towing my boat the back end isn't sagging or hauling anything heavy in the bed.

you know where pro comp got that idea from, right?
Bilstein.....lol

I would go Bilsteins and set it to 2.75

This will work too!
You will have approx a 1.25" rake in doing this. But if you haul heavy stuff quite a bit, it will compensate for the sag.
