i would try a simple fix first before you start altering your truck. smaller rims and larger tires will give you more sidewall flex and smooth out your ride.

I have a set of front stock springs, took them out of my 2500 outdoorsman when i did the rough country lift where are you located?they got 45000kms on them so 25000miles on them i guess.
