Question New Truck and already a problem...

Ok, I just got this truck and it ran great during the test drive. a few days after i got it home i noticed that when accelerating it seems sluggish. It will do this from a standing stop or when accelerating out of a curve. (going easy on the throttle) If i get on it or floor it it runs great. I have ran some fuel system cleaner through it and nothing. There are no engine codes. It is the 5.7 and has alittle over 43K

Anyone have any ideas on what this could be?

my 04 seemed sluggish off the start at first to. After some research I found that the stock settings cause this, and it was common. I use the DSP tuner and was able to adjust the TB sensativity and she tears ass now. another solution would be to send your TB to fastman I hear good things about his work.

It needs a programmer. Mine was sluggish too.

I am looking into putting a CAI and an exhaust system on it. Was thinking programmer later but which are the better or recommended programmers?

Superchips or Diablosport Predator. Superchips seems to be better for lightly modded trucks. DS seems better for more extensive mods that benefit from custom tuning.

Mine is the mechanical fan. Why is there a mechanical fan in a vehicle today? Seriously? its 2012. I can feel the thing DRAGGING my engine as I putt off down my road when the motor is cold. I thought the 3.92's would be better for this, but my Hemi feels alot like my 4.7 did at suburb speeds (30 mph and below) unless I put my foot down. At that point the 4.7 just made a lot of noise, the hemi will be spinnin' 'em through the neighborhood.
