Default weird differential noise

whenever i make a left turn, my rear dif makes like a whining noise in sync with tire rotation, it has 230,000 miles with a 2inch level kit and 305/70/16 terra grapplers, but it did it when i had my pizza cutter 265's on there too, anybody know what is causing the noise?

If you're positive it's in the diff then it's likely going to be a bearing issue.

Could be the bearings for the spider gearset in the diff. Those gears spin the cluster when turning due to the different Left/ Right wheel speed.
