Default 02 5.9 help

i bought a 02 1500 with the 5.9 and it a has a kleen oil filtration on it i would like to remove it there is a line going to the valve cover and or to the back of the motor my question is the line to the back of the motor do i re run it some where or do i cap it off?

to the back of the motor should be just a return and its back there because hey did the install correctly and ran it out of the way. best thing to do would be to plug the port going into the block or head whereever the line goes into the engine this way you dont have to worry about a future leak with the old tube or hose. if you can have someone start engine really quick and see if oil with pressure comes out. if it does then maybe they tapped into something else than what im thinking of but most likely no oil will come pushing out and its only a return line
