Default Auto down window stopped working

Hey guys,
Yesterday was out cruising around with the wife and realized the passenger side front window auto down feature does not work, only from the passenger switch. I can auto down and auto up it from the driver side. And it will auto up from the passenger side, just not down. Any ideas why this isn't working?

I remember reading ways to "reprogram" it on here, but can't find it now in a search...

Thanks.

Have her just push the down button and hold it for a few seconds. Should work after that. If it was the up button you would hold the up button for a few seconds. Hope it works for you.
