Thanks. I've always been a Borla fan. When I was in high school a buddy had a 94 5.0 with a full Borla exhaust and I swear it was the best sound I had ever heard. I've been hooked on them ever since. I don't know if I will ever run anything different in a vehicle...

noting compares to the sound of 5.0 with a great exhaust. no matter what, my 5.0 was the nicest sounding thing ive ever heard...

i also just watched the vids, and even before that, i wanted to go borla..cause what the hell, its just money right??

anyhow, my question is what is that ticking i hear in the videos in the interior? i mean i dont think it has anything to do with the exhaust, but i can figure it out?!?!

You know I made these vids and posted them for the masses and never noticed that tick. lol. I think it was from road vibration. I had the camera sitting on the steering wheel so I could keep it steady and still have my eyes on the road. There isn't a tick from inside the cab normally. I'm not sure but that's the only thing I can think of...

I thought you were loosing your mind too. lol. I had to turn up the volume on my laptop but I finally heard it.

And you're right about the 5.0 motor. I am not a Ford fan and really don't like Mustangs but I will say that Ford has one badass sounding motor in that 5.0.

LWP427 is on a distinguished road
Default Exhaust

I have a 2012 R/T and it came with a resonator at each exhaust tip. I took them off and replaced them with pipe and the stock R/T muffler has just the perfect sound. Not to loud but enough to have a good mellow sound without that dreaded drone. Also the muffler shop only charged $45.00.........LWP
