Default 2000 Ram Project. Ideas?

Waiting for me back home is my beloved 2000 Ram 1500 4x4 Sport (I always have to say all of that or I don't feel like I did my baby justice ). I'd argue to say she is probably one of the nicest 2000 Rams around. Please bare with me as I explain my current plan.

I'm looking to buy a 96-02 2500 4x4 w/ 360 s a donor. I want to swap the axles and possibly the suspension, then save some $. Once I have a decent amount saved, I want to pull the engine and trans out of the 2500. I plan on building either a 365 or a 408. Either way I want to super charge it. I'm not sure what to do about the trans.
Once I build the engine and trans I will swap the drive trains and have 2 trucks. A project truck and a wood hauler/ "F" off truck.

Other mods on the "to do list" (aka "wishful thinking list"):
lift kit
aftermarket headlights
LED tail lights
fender flares
Ram Air hood
sun roof
brush guard

If you have any suggestions/ideas about anything please share. I have plenty of time to plan before I get home and see her again.
