Default Passenger side heater doesn't work and a loud clicking noise coming from the dash

I have a 2009 Dodge ram with dual climate control and just today I noticed a loud clicking noise coming from the dash. It sounds like its coming from behind the upper glove box. I also noticed the passenger side is suck on air conditioning while on the drivers side everything works perfect. I did some research and it sounds like one of my actuators is bad but when I took my dash apart and pulled out the two located below the radio they were fine. I also checked the one behind the lower glove box and that one was fine as well. Any ideas on what it could be?
Thanks,
Kevin

I took apart the three actuators and didnt find any stripped gears so I assume they're fine.

The actuators may still be bad. Did you check the operation of the doors themselves?

there is recall for the actuator motors. recall K17 i think. the dealer will replace the know problematic motors and re-flash the controller. i had the same problem, i replaced the motors my self prior to knowing about the recall, just got my refund check in the mail from chrysler yesterday.
