Check your spark plugs. A interior head gasket leak can go unnoticed for awhile.

Ditto on freeze plugs. Could be corroded around the edge and it weeps just a little when cold. Once warmed up everything expands and closes the leak.

Take a look under your dash at your heater core ( Looks like A Small Radiator), I bet that is where it is leaking at, all Chrysler products i have owned have had heater core issues.
