Default starter problems??

i have a 00 ram 1500 5.9 4x4 off road package, im recently having problems when trying to start my truck, it turns over then stops the starter makes no noise so i turn the truck off then try and start again and it fires right up, is the starter sticking after a few turns? any advice would be great, i have a new battery about two months old 810cca no problems with that had it testes, im assuming the starter is on its last leg, though it doesnt do this all the time just the past two days....

Take a volt meter and check voltages at both starter wires with the key in the start position. If the voltages are ok, check for a voltage drop across the ground. If that's ok, you have a starter problem.
