Default LED Turn Signal Wiring

I will be putting in some LED turn signals in my truck when I re install my retrofit and I will also have CCFL's. I just wanted to check to make sure that my wiring is correct.

I will need to use the parking lights to power the CCFL's and then obviously the LED bulbs which will need resistors to prevent any "lamp out: lights and hyper flashing. I assume that the resistors will need to be spliced after the CCFL splice which is really the only reason I question this.

The red wire is the power wire for the turn signals in the diagram.

Thanks!

Don't go CCFL! I did them and wasn't worth it! Broke one aswell. Go with the smd strips. And there also not very bright theres 3 wires in your harness, as you said find the parking light wire and your set .I went with oracle. As for the turn signals, I put the led bulbs in the back and they made them hyper flash . I like it but don't know where the resistors go as someone else probably has a better knowledge

I was concerned when I found out the ccfl was actually a "bulb". I thought it was more of a neon than a bulb. I will contact the seller and see if I can exchange them out.

As for the wiring, I didn't realize there was 3 wires. That would mean I need to splice one for the ccfl (or smd if I can get it) and another for the resistors.

ya the ccfl or smd will need to be spliced into the parking light wire, that one being hot when your headlights are turned on. Other wires are ground and turn signal if I can remember correctly. The resistor will need to go on the signal wire I do believe.
