I already said it in another one of my posts, but UNBROKEN is my hero...

Coming from two built Ford diesels (6.0 Excursion and 6.4 F250) with a SRT-10 QC in between for good measure I'm quite familiar with his meticulous attention to detail...

So since imitation is the sincerest form of flattery...I'm copying you! (For the most part...) Since I occasionally tow I'm gonna leave the springs as is and add in the AirLift 1000 bags. I have an '11 Sport QC 4WD and still need to figure out all the details, but this thread is a great start.

I'm also gonna run the SRT-10 repros in 22/black too and just need to get the tire size figured out.

Default QA1s

They offer a Dual Adjustable versions of those TD801 TD507. Any reason you used the rebound adjustable and not the compression/rebound other than cost $230 vs $140??

Didn't really think it was necessary. If I was building a track truck I'd have gone double adjustable...I almost did anyway. I felt like single would be fine and quite honestly they're awesome. Hands down the best shocks I've ever used on a truck.
I've had some double adjustable on cars before and they were great too they just took 10 times longer to set up.

so i just picked up the same qa1's you are using as well as the belltech drop kit, and spohn adj. panhard and their upper and lower control arms. im hoping to be able to get these installed soon, any insight as to how you have the shocks adjusted?

I unfortunately dont have the hellwig sway bars yet, that will be the next wave of mods

If you'll give me a couple of days I'll count the settings up for you when I get home.
Did you get the new adjustable 4-link bars?

My biggest pet peeve with a lowered 4th Gen is the offset rear wheels. I started talking to them about adjustable bars at about the same time they were thinking the same thing. Worked out great. Here's a lower compared to stock. And an upper. Here's both bars installed. And their adjustable panhard bar that I already had. I added 3/4" to the length of the bars and dialed in 1.5* negative pinion angle to plant the tires a bit better....and now have centered rear wheels.
